AGAVI began as a quiet idea: that going to the dentist could feel like stepping into somewhere considered, beautiful, and steady — instead of bracing yourself in a fluorescent waiting room.
Founders Drs. Anh and Dallas Alvey built the studio around the way they practice: modern technique, conservative philosophy, generous time. The space, the team, and the technology all serve a simple goal — care that you actually want to come back to.

Dr. Anh Alvey,
DDS.
Dr. Anh founded AGAVI around a simple belief: exceptional dentistry should feel exceptional from the moment you walk through the door — a resort-inspired studio in place of the traditional dental office.
Her focus is cosmetic and restorative dentistry, practiced with an artistic eye and modern tools — 3D digital scanning, AI-assisted smile design, cone beam imaging, and veneers designed and 3D-printed in-house.

Dr. Dallas Alvey,
MD, DDS.
Dr. Dallas co-founded AGAVI alongside his wife, Dr. Anh — and leads the studio's medspa while practicing as a dentist. One of very few Houston-area providers holding both an MD and a DDS, he brings 15+ years of clinical depth to every treatment, from the dental chair to Botox, fillers, and medical weight loss.

Agavi Dental Studio exists to deliver cosmetic and restorative dentistry as a discipline of craftsmanship and science. We design and build much of our work in-house — using digital scanning, 3D printing, and advanced technology — so every restoration meets a standard we control end to end. We hold ourselves higher than any patient could ask, and we measure success by the longevity of our work and the trust behind every decision.

We treat dentistry as craftsmanship. Because we design and print much of our work in-house, we own the result at every step — every veneer, scan, and print meets a standard we would accept on ourselves.
Honesty over upsell
We are fee-for-service by choice, which frees us to recommend only what serves the patient. Our advice is never driven by insurance rules or quotas.
Calm hospitality
A visit should feel like a high-end studio, not a clinic. We anticipate needs before patients ask and make advanced care feel effortless.
