These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.agavidentalstudio.com (the “Site”), operated by Anhnamel PLLC d/b/a Agavi Dental Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a dental practice located in Cypress, Texas. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided to share information about our dental and medspa services, let you request appointments, and help you reach our team. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Copy, scrape, or reuse Site content without our permission
• Impersonate any person or submit false information through our forms
• Interfere with the Site’s normal operation or security

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a licensed provider.

Browsing the Site or submitting a form does not create a doctor-patient or dentist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only once you have been accepted as a patient and completed an in-person evaluation with one of our providers.

Submitting an appointment or contact request through the Site is a request only — it is not confirmed until a member of our team follows up to schedule your visit. For urgent scheduling needs, please call us directly at (832) 979-1512.

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages, including appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling communications, and practice or account updates. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
