Our medspa is directed by a physician who holds both an MD and a DDS — a depth of head-and-neck anatomy training few injectors in the Houston area can match. Fillers are placed where the anatomy calls for them, with safety as the first consideration.
Proportion over volume
The goal is a face that looks rested and balanced, not fuller. We study your proportions, treat conservatively, and build gradually — it's always easier to add than to take away.

We study your face at rest and in motion, listen to what you'd like to restore or refine, review your health history, and agree on a natural goal — including the option to start lightly.
Comfortable treatment
Numbing cream and fillers that contain local anesthetic keep the visit comfortable. Placement is precise and typically takes 20 to 45 minutes depending on the areas treated.
Results you see right away
Volume is visible immediately; minor swelling settles over a few days, and the final result reveals itself within about two weeks.
Follow-up and maintenance
We review your result at a follow-up visit and plan a maintenance rhythm — most fillers last six to eighteen months depending on the product and area.

What are dermal fillers made of?
Most of the fillers we use are hyaluronic acid — a substance your skin produces naturally — in a smooth gel that adds volume and attracts moisture. Hyaluronic acid fillers are well studied, soften gradually over time, and can be dissolved with an enzyme if ever needed, which is part of why we favor them.
Will I look overdone?
Not here. Overfilled results come from treating volume as the goal; we treat proportion as the goal. We assess your face as a whole, place filler where your anatomy actually calls for it, and build gradually across visits if needed. Rested and balanced is the standard — if people can tell, it was too much.
How long do fillers last?
Generally six to eighteen months, depending on the product, the area, and your metabolism. Lips tend to soften sooner; cheeks and jawline tend to last longer. We'll give you a realistic expectation for each area at your consultation.
Do filler injections hurt? Is there downtime?
Discomfort is mild — numbing cream and the local anesthetic built into most fillers keep the visit comfortable. Expect some swelling, and possibly minor bruising, for a few days; most people return to normal activities immediately and simply avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for a day. We'll walk you through aftercare at your visit.
Why does it matter that the medspa is physician-led?
Fillers are placed near important blood vessels and nerves in the face. Deep knowledge of that anatomy is what makes treatment both safe and natural-looking — knowing exactly where to place product and where not to. Our medspa is directed by a physician trained in both medicine and dentistry, with head-and-neck anatomy at the core of that training.
What do dermal fillers cost?
Fillers are priced per syringe, and the number you need depends on the areas treated and your goals — we'll give you transparent pricing at your complimentary consultation before anything is placed. Many patients begin conservatively with a single syringe.
