Dental Assistant
Part-time · Cypress, TX
Chairside support for comprehensive, cosmetic, and restorative care in a calm, modern studio.
What you'll do
- Assist Dr. Alvey chairside, from exams to cosmetic and restorative procedures
- Take digital intraoral scans and radiographs
- Help with same-day 3D-printed crowns and in-house fabrication
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms to a high standard
- Help patients feel at ease, explaining each step in plain language
What we're looking for
- Dental assisting experience
- Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certificate, or eligibility to obtain one
- Comfort with digital technology, or eagerness to learn it
- A warm, calm, detail-oriented approach
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
Part-time · Cypress, TX
The first voice and face of AGAVI — making every patient feel welcome from the very first call.
What you'll do
- Answer calls, texts, and chat messages, and schedule appointments
- Welcome patients and guide them through digital check-in
- Help patients understand fees, financing, and the AGAVI Club membership plan
- Prepare and file out-of-network insurance claims for patients
- Keep the day running smoothly and follow up with patients after visits
What we're looking for
- Front desk or customer service experience; dental or medical office experience a plus
- A warm, polished manner on the phone and in person
- Organized and comfortable with computers and new software
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
