Agavi Dental Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a dental practice operated by Anhnamel PLLC, located in Cypress, Texas. These SMS Terms & Conditions describe our optional text messaging program and apply whenever you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from us.

Messages you may receive as part of this program include:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Scheduling and rescheduling communications
• General practice or account updates (for example, a form we’re sending ahead of your visit)

If you separately opt in to receive them, we may also send special offers or promotions. We do not send detailed health information by text — see Section 9.

You may opt in to this program by:

• Providing your mobile number on an appointment or contact form on this Site
• Providing your mobile number by phone or in person at our office and asking to receive text updates

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from AGAVI Dental Studio at the mobile number you provided, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.

Message frequency varies depending on your appointment and account activity — for example, you might receive a reminder a day or two before a scheduled visit, or a follow-up if we’re coordinating your paperwork or records. We do not send a fixed number of messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your text and data plan.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we’ll send one final message confirming your opt-out, and you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt back in.

You can opt back in at any time by texting START, by resubmitting your number through a form on the Site, or by asking our team by phone or in person.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text messaging program is generally available on major U.S. mobile carriers; not all carriers are guaranteed to be supported at all times, and coverage or availability may change without notice.

In short: we use your mobile number and opt-in status only to operate this text messaging program, and we share it only with the messaging aggregators and carriers required to deliver these messages to you — never with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
