Pay your way

Pay for the year in full and save 5%. Or pay about a third on the day you join and the rest in 11 monthly payments on a card on file. Membership is a 12-month commitment.

Families join together

The second member of a household saves 10% on their membership fee, and every member after that saves 15% on theirs. The 20% treatment discount is the same for everyone. Each person's rate is locked in at enrollment.

The AGAVI Club is NOT insurance. It is a membership agreement between you and Agavi Dental Studio for care provided at our studio. It cannot be combined with dental insurance, Medicaid or CHIP. The treatment discount is for dental care at Agavi Dental Studio only; it does not apply at AGAVI Medspa, which has its own membership. Members receive a voucher to use at AGAVI Medspa instead. Included services have no cash value and do not carry over to the next year. Membership fees are non-refundable. Full terms are provided at enrollment. Prices as of October 2026.
