Your lips and your smile share a frame. We're one of the few places that designs smiles and treats lips, so proportion is judged against your teeth, your gum line, and your face — not a template.
Physician-led precision
The lips are richly supplied with blood vessels. Our medspa is directed by a physician who holds both an MD and a DDS, with head-and-neck anatomy at the center of that training — the foundation of safe, natural-looking placement.
Less is the plan
We start conservatively — often half a syringe to a full syringe — and build only if you want more at a follow-up. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved if ever needed, so you're never locked in.

Complimentary consultation
We look at your lips at rest, smiling, and speaking, and in proportion to your teeth and face. You tell us what you'd like — definition, volume, symmetry, smoother lines — and we agree on a natural goal.
Numb and comfortable
A topical numbing cream, plus the local anesthetic inside the filler itself, keeps the treatment comfortable. Dental-style numbing is also available — one advantage of a medspa inside a dental studio.
Precise placement
Small, deliberate amounts of filler are placed to shape the border, restore volume, and balance the upper and lower lip. The treatment itself takes about 20 to 30 minutes.
Settle and refine
Swelling is normal for a few days and the true result shows in about two weeks. We see you for a follow-up, and add a little more then only if you'd like it.

Will my lips look natural?
That's the only result we aim for. Overfilled lips come from chasing volume; we chase proportion — the border, the balance between upper and lower lip, and how the lips sit against your teeth when you smile. We start conservatively and add only if you want more. If someone can tell you've had filler, it was too much.
Does lip filler hurt?
Less than most people expect. We apply a topical numbing cream, the filler itself contains local anesthetic, and — because we're a dental studio — a dental nerve block is available for anyone who'd like the lips fully numb. Most patients describe pressure rather than pain.
How long does lip filler last?
Typically six to twelve months. Lips move constantly, so filler there softens a little sooner than in the cheeks or jawline. Many patients return for a light touch-up once or twice a year to maintain the result.
What's the downtime after lip filler?
Expect swelling — sometimes noticeable — for two to three days, and possibly a small bruise. Most people go about their day immediately; we suggest avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and heat for 24 hours and skipping big events for a few days. The final, settled result appears at about two weeks.
Can I get lip filler at my dental visit?
Yes — dental care and the medspa share one roof and one team. Many patients pair lip filler with a cleaning or whitening in a single unhurried appointment. If you're planning veneers or a smile makeover, we'll often sequence the smile first and refine the lips to frame it.
What does lip filler cost?
Lip filler is priced per syringe, and most patients need half a syringe to one syringe for a natural result. We'll give you transparent pricing at your complimentary consultation before anything is placed.
